Know where your E-2 case actually stands, before you wire the money.
A structured diagnostic that reviews your investment, your funds, your business, and your marginality against what an embassy/ consular E-2 visa processing requires… so you know what’s solid and what needs work before you spend another dollar.
E-2 visa holder since 1997. Business consulting only, not legal advice.
_________
EST 1997.
29+ years operating a business under an E-2 visa.
This diagnostic is built from lived operational experience, not a checklist copied from a law firm’s website.
– Annett T. Block
An honest read on the six things an officer looks at.
See your investment strength, not the way you hope the visa officer reads.
Find out if your source of funds documentation has gaps before they become a problem, not after.
Get a plain-language read on whether the business itself is viable, not just whether the paperwork looks complete.
Understand your marginality exposure, a requirement most investors underestimate until an attorney flags it late.
Walk away with a Green, Yellow, or Red assessment and a specific list of what’s missing, not vague reassurance.
THE PROCESS
Three steps. One written report.
01
Intake Review
Your notes and available documentation are reviewed against all six diagnostic criteria.
02
Gap Identification
Missing or weak documentation is identified and explained, criterion by criterion.
03
Written Report
After receiving your documents to review within 24-48 hours you receive a structured diagnostic report with a preliminary Green / Yellow / Red assessment and next steps.
Most investors find out what’s missing after the money has already moved.
By the time an attorney flags a marginality problem or a source-of-funds gap, the deposit is spent, the LLC is formed, and the options for fixing it are narrower and more expensive.
If you haven’t committed the rest of your capital yet, this is built to sit right before that decision, so you know what you’re walking into.
If you’re already past that point, it still tells you the same thing: what’s solid, what’s a real problem, and what can still be fixed before you file. Either way, you’re deciding with information instead of hope.

QUESTIONS
What people ask before they book.
Are you an immigration attorney?
No. This is a business consulting service. It doesn’t replace an attorney and isn’t legal advice. You should have, or get, immigration counsel for your filing if so desired.
I already have an attorney. Why do I need this too?
Attorneys evaluate legal sufficiency. This diagnostic evaluates business and operational readiness (investment strength, viability, marginality) from 29 years of actually running a business on this visa, not from case law.
Can I just do this myself?
You can review your own notes, but it’s hard to see gaps in a case you’re emotionally and financially invested in. This is an outside, objective read.
Do you write business plans or prepare documents?
Not as part of this diagnostic. Document preparation is a separate service, offered once you know what needs to be built.
What if the diagnostic finds real problems?
Then you know before you commit the rest of your capital, not after. You’ll get a specific list of what’s missing and why it matters, so you can decide your next step with real information.
Is this refundable?
No. Fees are non-refundable once the review has begun, consistent with the time invested in a structured written report. We do credit you the payment if you decide to hire us to document your E2 case.
Know exactly where your E-2 case stands, before you file, not after.
A written, objective diagnostic.
Green, Yellow, or Red
so you’re deciding with information instead of hope. If you move forward with Document Preparation afterward, your $750 is credited toward that work.
